What is G2C?
The term G2C is symbolic. It is meant to emody the evolution of Mixed Martial Arts. The term G2C means: From the Gi (Gee) to the Cage. Meaning the sport started out as a combination of art forms in which most Martial Arts Practioners wore Gis. For example, in Karate, Judo, and Jui Jitsu. Later, it evolved to become a main stream sport fought in a cage; for example, at events such as the UFC, EliteXc, and Cage Rage.
Our Logo depicts two fighters that are mirror images of each other and a star. This is symbolic, as this logo captures the true essence of the sport. Because there are so many ways to win and so many ways to lose, in any given fight, regardless of who is the favorite or who is the under-dog, the chance of winning is always 50/50. This is what makes MMA so exciting: the upsets and the great underdog stories.
The star in the middle represents the common glory or common goal that each fighter tries to achieve. That is to prove who is truly the best fighter in the world.
Our Company's mission is show MMA in a positive light. We want the general publlic to see MMA fighters as truly dedicated athletes, not as street fighters. Our focus is to portray the positive and artistic elements of Mixed Martial Arts to the world.
